Refunds & Returns Policy

Effective Date: July 25th 2025

At Lou & Lana, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns for store credit only under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Final sale, clearance, and custom-tailored items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Refunds as Store Credit

  • Lou & Lana does not issue refunds back to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or other forms of payment).

  • All approved returns are refunded in the form of store credit.

  • Store credit is applied to your Lou & Lana account within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Store credit can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please return the original product for store credit and place a new order using your credit.

  • Availability of sizes and styles is not guaranteed at the time of reordering.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email support@louandlana.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will provide a prepaid return label and issue store credit or send a replacement once the item is returned.

5. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email support@louandlana.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will reply with return instructions.
