Refunds & Returns Policy
Effective Date: July 25th 2025
At Lou & Lana, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns for store credit only under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with tags attached.
Final sale, clearance, and custom-tailored items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Refunds as Store Credit
Lou & Lana does not issue refunds back to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, or other forms of payment).
All approved returns are refunded in the form of store credit.
Store credit is applied to your Lou & Lana account within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Store credit can be used toward any future purchase and does not expire.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original product for store credit and place a new order using your credit.
Availability of sizes and styles is not guaranteed at the time of reordering.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email support@louandlana.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide a prepaid return label and issue store credit or send a replacement once the item is returned.
5. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email support@louandlana.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will reply with return instructions.
