1. What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer women’s sizes from Small to XL, with some styles available in extended sizes.
2. How do I know which size to order?
We recommend checking our size guide before purchasing. Measure your bust, waist, and hips, then compare with our chart. If you’re between sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for comfort.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
4. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised on our website.
5. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, Lou & Lana ships only within the United States. We plan to expand international shipping in the future.
6. Can I return an item?
Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with original tags attached. Final sale, clearance, and custom-tailored items cannot be returned.
7. How do refunds work?
Refunds are not returned to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). All approved returns are refunded as store credit only. Store credit is applied to your Lou & Lana account within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Store credit never expires.
8. Can I exchange an item?
Yes. To exchange, return the original item for store credit and place a new order using your credit. Availability of styles and sizes may vary.
9. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@louandlana.com. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and issue store credit or send a replacement once the item is returned.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout. Sales tax is applied where required by law.
11. Can I use more than one coupon code?
No. Only one coupon code may be applied per order. Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions or used on final sale items.
12. Do you offer student discounts?
Yes! Students can receive exclusive discounts by emailing support@louandlana.com with proof of enrollment (such as a student ID).
13. How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your delivery progress on the carrier’s website.
